Cooking Directions
* Find pineapple juice from concentrate in your grocer freezer section. Most varieties are available in 12 ounce cans. Prepare the extra juice concentrate for drinking.
In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and pineapple juice; mix well. Stir in cooked rice, pineapple and coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into crust. Refrigerate until set. Just before serving, garnish as desired with nuts, cherries, and whipped cream.
